Donna came to the Banes & Hanover team with over 25 years of experience in office administration and management. She started in Settlements, where she learned the ins and outs of working with SBA, USDA, and FSA loans in the secondary market. Now, she provides critical support in Lender Relations, dealing directly with our vast list of lenders. With an eye for detail, Donna is dedicated to providing the best customer service to every one of our clients and lenders.
Donna is a Memphis native. She enjoys spending time with her family and at her home on the Tennessee River, especially during the summer months.
